Register a New Mediation
A Requesting Party is invited to carefully review the requirements set out in Article 4 of the Mediation Rules. The applicable non-refundable filing fee listed in the Schedule of Fees and Costs in force at the time of the Request for Mediation must be paid on the Centre’s bank account.
